Delete Merchant
Deletes a merchant and clears its assignment from all associated transactions, including transactions on deleted accounts. The transactions themselves are retained.
Also permanently removes the merchant's recurring series and dismissed recurring suggestions, and cleans up rules that reference it. Rules left without criteria or actions are deleted. Returns 204 with no response body.
